SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipping Time: Total shipping time are sum total of handling time and delivery times, as estimated by our service providers/ logistics partners involved in the process. In the event that a product does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team by visiting our website www.accsure.in

Shipment Returns: Our logistics partners shall make three attempts through physical visits and telephonic contacts to deliver the package at your provided address. However, improper/ insufficient addresses and not finding anybody would lead to return of the package to sender. We can resend the package upon request at additional postage expenses which shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Modification or Addition in Shipping & Delivery Terms: TED India/ ACCSURE Protection Program reserve the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice or intimation.

IMPORTANT NOTE:TED India/ ACCSURE reserve the rights & may deny any order placed online in case of non-serviceable locations. However, the same may be processed in consultation and approval from the customer & upon payment of specific courier charges. 

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Q1. Can I cancel my Order?

Yes, you can. Any ACCSURE Protection Program purchased online can be cancelled with a full refund till the time the product is not dispatched. However, in case it’s already dispatched, you may choose to send it back to us. Please ensure the kit is not opened and the protective seal is intact. On receipt of the kit, we will initiate the refund process on the same mode used by you while making the payment. However, any purchase from retail outlet shall be at the sole discretion of the seller/ retail outlet.

Q2. How do I cancel my order?

You may choose write to us on support@accsure.in or alternatively reach us on our customer care contacts to place your cancellation request.

Q3. Can I cancel my already registered device& would there be any refund of Insurance premium paid?

Yes, yourACCSURE Protection Program can be canceled at a later stage post online registration of the device. However, the cancellation is only possible for the insurance premium paid and there shall be no refund for the protection kit provided as the same is already used. The unused proportion of the premium may be refunded to the customer as per the following table;

Q4. How long would it take to process my cancellation request?

On receipt of your cancellation request, it will take us a maximum of 3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified on the status. The refund amount shall be transferred back to the source of transaction. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund from TED India.
